Within 2 working days replaced with new clock.The trouble they went to with extra packaging was amazing. The clock is gorgeous, Customer Service second no none. Would recommend this Company happily. Huge problems and stressful purchase online. Goods purchased were never delivered. Sales department blamed couriers but ended up being their own fault. After several emails a refund was given with no apology. Quality is reasonable but well and truly good enough for the price.
